Highway Commercial (CH) Zone

Purpose: The CH Zone is intended for the development of businesses catering to the traveling public along major highway entrances into the city. Establishment of certain uses may require Site Plan Review.

Development Standards: All uses in the CH Zone are subject to development standards contained in the Lindsay Zoning Ordinance. Below is a summary of some of these standards. Note that the Zoning Ordinance may contain more details regarding these standards and should be consulted prior to pursuing a project in this zone.

Setbacks:

Front Yard: 10 ft.
15 ft. is site abuts a R, PO, or RCO Zone
Side Yard: 0 ft.
10 ft. if site abuts a R, PO, or RCO Zone
Rear Yard: 0 ft.
