Single Family Residential (R-1-7, R-1-5) Zones
Purpose: The R Zones are intended for the
development of single family residential development at densities
consistent with the Lindsay General Plan. These zones include
the R-1-5, and the R-1-7 Zones.
Development Standards: All uses in the
R-1-7 & R-1-5 Zones are subject to development standards
contained in the Lindsay Zoning Ordinance. Below is a summary
of some of these standards. Note that the Zoning Ordinance
may contain more details regarding these standards and should
be consulted prior to pursuing a project in this zone.

Parking:
The Zoning Ordinance requires every new
use to provide a certain number of parking spaces in a properly
designed and constructed parking lot.
