Multi-Family Residential (RM-1.5, , RM-2,
RM-3,) Zones
Purpose: The RM Zones are intended for
the development of multi-family residential development at densities
consistent with the Lindsay General Plan. These zones include
the RM-1.5, the RM-2 and the RM-3 Zones.
Development Standards: All uses in the
RM Zones are subject to development standards contained in the
Lindsay Zoning Ordinance. Below is a summary of some of
these standards. Note that the Zoning Ordinance may contain
more details regarding these standards and should be consulted
prior to pursuing a project in this zone.

Parking:
The Zoning Ordinance requires every new
use to provide a certain number of parking spaces in a properly
designed and constructed parking lot.
