Yard Sales

The City of Lindsay requires a permit in order to hold a yard sale. The application found here can be printed, completed and brought to City Hall where a permit can be issued. There is a $5.00 fee for this service.

*One sign 6' X 6' or smaller will be allowed on the location of the sale only. The sign must be on private property and not on telephone poles or vehicles on the City's right of way.

**To receive credit on a yard sale not held, you must bring the permit to the Lindsay City Hall prior to the yard sale date.
