Schedule... 9-11 a.m.-Set up time 11 a.m.-Cooks' meeting 11 a.m.-noon- Preparation time 12 p.m.-Turn stoves on 1 p.m.-Pick up salsa 2 p.m.- Chili Cookers' Trivia Challenge & Salsa Judging 2:30 p.m. Jalapeno Eating Contest 3 p.m.-Stoves off, Pick up chili 3:15 p.m.-Pie Eating Contest 3:45 p.m.-Best Costume Contest 4 p.m.-Chili judging 5 p.m.-Awards & 50/50 raffle 6 p.m.-Clean up Chili Booths  Awards!
