The smell of orange blossoms is strong in the air, the bees are buzzing and the town is busy with final plans for the annual Orange Blossom Festival.
The Festival takes place in April. It originated in 1932.

• Queen's Coronation - 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at City Hall

Public Invited - No Charge

• 9:00 a.m. - Mass @ Sacred Heart Catholic Church - 241 S. Lindero - everyone is welcome to attend

• 3:00 p.m. - Lindsay United Methodist Church - 120 N. Gale Hill Tea & Reception everyone is welcome - no cost

• Lindsay Gardens - 10:30 a.m. - recreation time & fellowship

• Lindsay Mural Tour - 1:00 p.m. - Lindsay City Hall - 351 E. Honolulu - open to the public-no cost

• The Orange Works - Lunch 11:30 a.m.

• Roosevelt Elementary School - 2:00 p.m. presentation

• 8:30 a.m. K-Tip Radio live interview:  tune into 1450 AM

• 1:00 p.m. City of Lindsay Tour (Court, Honored Person & family only)

• 7:00 p.m. - Sacred Heart Catholic Church Tea & Reception - everyone welcome - no cost

• 12:00 noon - Lindsay Kiwanis Lunch (Court, Honored Person & family only)

• 1:30 p.m. - Washington School Presentation (court & honored person only)

• 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. - Bank of the Sierra Lindsay Reception - everyone welcome- no cost

• 2:20 p.m. - Lincoln School Presentation - everyone welcome

• 5-7 p.m. - Lindsay Cultural Arts Exhibit & Reception - Lindsay Historical Museum at 165 Gale Hill - everyone welcome - no cost

• 7:30 p.m. - Lindsay Community Theater - "Little Shop of Horrors" - tickets $10 at the door

• 6-9 a.m. - Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast - Lindsay City Hall - 351 E. Honolulu

Tickets $5 - open to the public

• 10:00 a.m. - Lindsay's 80th Orange Blossom Festival Parade

• 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. - Sweet Brier Plaza....music, entertainment, food and family fun!

• 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Lindsay Art Association Art Exhibit - Lindsay Historical Museum - 165 Gale Hill

• 10:30 a.m. - Lindsay First Baptist Church Service & Reception 581 E. Honolulu - everyone is welcome to attend
