Drug Take Back Program

Drug Take Back Program

The United States Drug Enforcement Administration and local law enforcement agencies are providing the public

with an opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused,

and unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medication (including pet medication), both in pill and liquid form

in a safe and secure manner.

Disposal of medications in the trash or toilet is unsafe, causes environmental harm, and is prohibited.

To participate in the take-back event, place medications, pills, capsules, and tablets of unwanted medication and

vitamins into a zip-lock plastic bag (keep liquid medications in their original container in the bag) and take the sealed

bags to the drop off locations at the dates and times listed. This event is for residential use only.
