Public Records Requests:

All public records of the City of Lindsay subject to disclosure under the provisions of the California Public Records Act, Government Code Sections 6250 et seq., are open to inspection.

The City of Lindsay will make such records or information available for inspection during normal business hours. Under no circumstances may original records be removed from any City of Lindsay office. The City of Lindsay will also provide a copy of identifiable public records upon request. There is a ten cents ($0.10) per page charge for duplication. Cost for electronic copies will be ascertained separately.
